To create interface prototypes based on the Bootstrap (3) framework, you need a tool that allows you, roughly speaking, to drag'n'drop the interface from existing components.
And so that when the layout was sketched, it was exactly HTML, i.e. as close to reality as possible, and the finished result could be opened in a browser and shown.
