What is a desktop radio with the ability to add channels?

Good evening.
After spending more than an hour, I realized that I needed help :) Tell me the online radio application on your computer, with the ability to add your own stations? OS - windows 10.

I use gradio on ubuntu, great thing. Here I tried a bunch of programs (both from the Microsoft store and just googled), but I didn’t find anything :(

Any analogues?
