What is a code editor on a web page?

I'm making an admin panel on angularjs + twitter bootstrap.
I'm looking for a code editor (not VISIVIG), i.e. only code highlighting (for different languages, mainly sql and json / xml), viewing and slight editing of program code (indentation by taboo, newline by Enter and other joys), mainly sql scripts.
In addition to all this, it would be great if the angular bindig was supported: put it on the form, tied it, forgot it.

Cloud9 has the most advanced editor.
It's called Ace .
