What is a cheap hosting with a minimum of administration?
Hello!
What you need:
- support for RDBMS as a service
- simple deployment and scaling of applications (Python)
- minimum devops so that administration is the least time-consuming
- it is desirable, but not necessary, to launch other services (for example, redis, memcached, centrifugo, etc.)
- it is desirable, but not necessary, the ability to backup by regular means
What is there in the industry in the low and middle price segments? Can someone share their experience of using it? I understand perfectly well that such requests cannot be cheap, so it’s better not to write anything if there is nothing to offer) I would like to understand how much and where is the best option in terms of quality / price / set of services and whether it makes sense or is it easier and cheaper to raise vds and set everything up. Thanks

In this segment - low end will start from hundreds of bucks
Look at PaaS: AWS based, Heroku, Openshift
Alas, there is no lowend, take cheap vps and use docker, it's quite simple in terms of devops
Hosting is not about such things at all, but about those who need a standard set of standard services. And about such things, usually VDS
(This does not mean that there are no such hosting at all. But the cost of renting it can quite realistically start with hundreds of killed raccoons)
