What IP cameras are there with the API?

Hello. I have never worked with IP cameras before. Can you advise which ones are cheaper, but which ones have an API that would allow you to get a picture from the camera in the right resolution? I will write a program to capture video from it and burn it to disk. The camera will be indoors.
