What IP address will the mikrotik router have if a 4g modem is connected to it?
I am just starting to get acquainted with networks, and the main problem is ignorance, so the formulated question may be formulated incorrectly :) What IP address will the mikrotik router have if a 4g modem is connected to it? Is it possible to assign to it (the router) an external IP from a 4g modem, and if so, how? In which direction to google?

The answer depends on how the modem is configured.
The modem can be configured in router mode. Then he receives an external address (WAN) from the operator / provider, internal (LAN) is wired in his settings (and this is a different, gray, subnet). In this case, Mikrotik must be configured to assign itself a static address from the modem's LAN subnet, or, if DHCP is enabled on the modem on the LAN, it can receive the address dynamically (which is generally not recommended).
The modem can be set to bridge mode. In this case, it does not have any addresses (or rather, it has only the internal address of the management interface, usually accessible only through the LAN interface) and simply acts as an interface converter from WiFi to copper. Then Mikrotik must receive a dynamic interface address from the operator/provider through this established channel, or be configured to a static address issued by the operator/provider. However, such a scenario is unlikely.

The one assigned to it by the network operator. ipv4/v6 obviously. Most likely from a private range.
White / gray ... these are such conventions ... in any case, you need to ask these questions not here, but to the operator.
Local will not change
External - the one assigned by the provider
Yes, you can get an external IP, this is an additional service, check with the operator.
You don’t have to configure anything, you will receive the address automatically, which operator will tell you what it will be
