What inline styles to use for letter layout?

Good evening everyone!
I started to type up a small template for sending emails and immediately ran into several difficulties.
1. How can I connect non-standard fonts?
2. How it is possible to achieve the behavior of the element as when using the hover pseudo-class (change the color of the element on hover).
PS I'm also interested in whether there are any services for testing the layout? After all, each mailer will display in its own way, but I generally keep quiet about mail clients ..

1. For good, it's better to forget about non-standard web fonts (google the list of fonts from Arial to Helvetica that are in every browser)
2. stackoverflow.com/questions/2796868/how-to-create-...

1. Google "email custom font". Causes problems in Outlook. It is solved by setting a forced sans serif through conditional comments.
2. In short, no way. You can try, but due to the butterfly effect, clouds of problems will appear in different mailers.
Ps Litmus.com for $80 + iPhone and a budget Android for manual testing of popular mobile mailers. There are a dozen of them on each platform. Winphone only has Outlook :)
