What in FreeBSD can cut the speed of the channel?

Others, the crux of the matter is that there are 2 servers, a new one and an old one, both on freeBSD, the task was to remove the old one and install a new one, on the new one I installed fresh 11.2 and set up the necessary services in the likeness, pf, squid, racoon, openvpn, lan, named. dhcp. Everything worked without problems, but the speed of the Internet channel dropped from 50 to 3-10 megabytes. The question is why, what can cut the channel, maybe it was necessary to rebuild the kernel. I clarify if the computer is simply plugged into the network via dchp, then the speed on it is as expected 50, that is, the matter cannot be in the network card.

What parameters need to be enabled in the kernel and is it necessary? Or look for other reasons?

If the old server was on a noticeably older version - I would start by analyzing the changes in the bucket. On FreeBSD, rebuilding a bucket is a chore, you have to learn quickly because it can be bad without it...

There was something similar when moving to a new hardware/version of freebsd. I don’t remember exactly whether all the speed was cut, but there were definitely problems with the speed of downloading attachments to the mail. Disabling TSO helped.
