Please tell me, are there any image processing programs that could change the image palette in accordance with a given set of colors?
For example, my page uses predominantly black, green and blue colors. I want the original image to be resized so that these particular hues stand out in particular, and the rest become a bit more blue and green.
Many programs allow you to add certain shades (one at a time) and make the image more reddish, yellowish, greenish, etc., but I'm interested in the possibility of protruding just a given set of colors.
