What if the laptop broke after the warranty?
Hello, there is a laptop that was bought on 12/23/12 for 96 thousand rubles. in a fairly large and well-known store.
At the moment, there is a certain problem associated with the fact that periodically the laptop screen simply turns off and it becomes impossible to use it.
This problem is hardware (in a laptop there are two integrated and discrete video cards, some software requires the use of a discrete one, and the laptop accordingly switches from one card to another, at this moment, the screen actually turns off).
This problem did not occur to me alone, in all cases it was necessary to replace the motherboard and sometimes the discrete video card itself. I called the ASC, they said that with such a malfunction, the repair would cost 30-40 thousand rubles.
Maybe I would have paid this money, but the problem is that in a laptop all the "stuffing" is soldered into one large board and, judging by the reviews of reputable foreign workshops, the complexity of repairing this laptop is 9/10, and this is already quite a lot , i.e. there is no guarantee that while they fix one they will not spoil the other (with all due respect to the ASC).
This raises the question: how to be and what to do in this situation?
I heard that within 2 years the seller is obliged to repair or return the amount paid for the goods, but with some BUT, which I have not figured out.
If someone is in the know or has come across a similar one, could we describe the steps to solve the problem?
And another question: is a diagnostic sheet from the ASC with an indication that the problem is hardware one suitable as a conclusion about a malfunction?

Once MBP - feel free to give it to the Apple service center. Don't even make up your mind about a shopping store. Just take it and bring it to the SC.
You may take this as a joke, but... Have you tried reinstalling Windows?
I myself have been repairing equipment for more than ten years and it seems to me that this is a software problem rather than a hardware one. Error in drivers and the like.
Or on the forums they write that this is a 100% hardware problem?
