What if the Keywords tag contains something that is not in the article?

Available: Blog on Wordpress, medium directness of hand, plugin All in One seo Pack.
I'm trying to blog on wordpress with a key feature: "To hell with water from articles." Therefore, it turns out that promoting a bunch of synonyms in an article with a standard SEO listing is no longer an option.
Question: is it possible to write keywords in the plug-in line at all (respectively, in meta tags, as far as I understand), if these keywords, moreover, are not always available in the article itself? And what happens if the intentions are exceptionally good? :)

@Satori_Kanzo

"standard SEO listing of synonyms" is not an option anyway.
one key phrase per article - and you will be happy.
and keywords meta tag has not been taken into account for many years, because robots do not understand what your intentions are.
