What if nodemon constantly rebuilds the project?

https://github.com/brud/test-ts here is a test bare project, when running the build `nodemon` behaves as if the files are constantly changing, sinned about incorrect settings in `tsconfig.js`, but `dist`, `node_modules`, `.git` and `.idea` excluded - did not help

I downloaded, I have the same thing, maybe it's worth trying supervisor ? I usually use it, it seems to do the same thing.
