What if composer moved from LAN to shared hosting?

Good day! I connected the library for the yandex disk on openserver, installed it using the composer (instruction clubs.ya.ru/apidisk/replies.xml?item_no=90 ). It works on LAN, but not on shared hosting. I just transferred the files. just got to know this tool. Do you also need to install a composer on the hosting or do you need to correct something?
