What home server with 10Gb ethernet can you recommend?

An interesting budget option with a high quality / price ratio, but with serious network capabilities and space for expansion cards. I plan to use it for virtualization and work with heavy UDP traffic.
UPDATE: If you don't get hung up on 10Gb, what would you advise?
