What hit counters to install on the site?

Hello!
The question arose, which of the existing attendance accounting systems is best to install? I know: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Mail.ru rating, Liveinternet, Openstat, Netlog, RamblersTop100, Alexa, etc. Which of them are mandatory (or highly recommended) to install, and which are not? Which are more useful (besides comparing attendance numbers)?
Does it make sense to install many different ones, or is it better not to have more than a few? How do they affect site performance, loading speed, and is there any particular benefit from any specific counters?
Please share your experience in this matter. The more opinions there are, the clearer the picture will be on this issue. And thanks to everyone who replied!

The site can perfectly count its attendance inside, without external counters.
And it will be loaded faster than with any external counter.

My standard set is Ya.Metrika, LI, Openstat.
Ya.Metrika - detailed reports with beautiful
LI graphs - convenient viewing of operational information + monthly reports
Openstat - a separate page with a simple graph for open access

The effect of Metrics and Analytics is almost the same, but Yandex is more user friendly in terms of the stats interface. And one more important nuance: if you don’t want to show users a site visitor with 100 people a day, you need to set Metrica, since it doesn’t have a counter, just add the code. Liveinternet requires a counter. Or you can just put their arrow, but the counter should be.
