What hardware to choose for development under Google Android?

Hello fellow developers. There is a budget of $1000. I think it's better to choose for development: a used MacBook Pro or a new Windows laptop with higher specifications? For me, the main thing is performance and speed, and more familiar to Windows, but I see that many coders prefer Apple ... Tell me, gentlemen, what is your opinion about my upcoming choice?

Laptop with i5/i7, SSD drive and 16 GB of memory. The rest do not care, including the OS.

If you are a novice developer, then take a regular, not expensive laptop on Windows, with a RAM of 6-8 gigs, this is enough for your eyes (most likely the processor with this amount of memory will also be normal, because the laptop is usually adjusted with a common iron level), it is natural to take a percentage of Intel.
$1000 for a good MacBook is not enough for you, but you need a macbook pro 15 with at least 256 ssd and 8GB of RAM

Memory from 8GB (besides the studio, you also have emulators and a browser), an ssd or hybrid disk (debatable), definitely not a hard drive and so as not to worry about the volume. For myself, I consider from 12GB of RAM and a terabyte disk with ssd cache.
OS is personal choice. On nix-like it works faster, but the poppy will be weaker for the same money. Personally, Windows is closer to me, as an alternative, I would consider installing ubunta or debian. It will be both faster and cheaper, but problems with drivers, etc.

I have been working under Ubuntu for a long time, which I install on a regular PC. Sometimes I work with a laptop, I have an Acer Aspire vn7-591g-598f, which is running the same Ubuntu. The flight is excellent.
Why didn't you like Mac? Much of what I used to do under Ubuntu shortcuts, on Macs is either done with other shortcuts, or generally done only with the mouse.
Why did you like Mac? Very long battery life - none of the laptops I've seen even come close to a Mac. But, since I work mostly at home, where there are a lot of outlets, battery life is not very important to me.
