What happens if you enable RSTP on one switch?

Actually, RSTP is turned on in an open circuit and ... what will happen to the network, will it fall?
Because judging by Packet Tracer, everything is ok and nothing happens if RSTP is enabled on one, two, three switches, but not on the others.

Can block traffic for a short time while listening for other RSTPs on the network. And everything else is normal operation.
If, for example, we take a ring on 3 switches - it is enough to enable STP / RSTP only on any one, this switch will decide that it is the root one and will block its own link to eliminate the ring - after all, it will receive its own Hello on the interface, which the other switches honestly relayed as an ordinary one L2 package. The other two switches may be completely unmanageable.
