What happens if you close the 139 and 5355 port on the server?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me what will happen if I close the 139 and 5355 port on the server with balls? Will access to the balls (RDP and other server features) remain?
Why close you ask? Due to stormy communication, the server stops functioning correctly, network connections drop, and there are no errors in the server logs. Fortunately, Dallas Lock showed the network connection logs and saw this in them:

There is a stormy communication over LLMNR and SMB-SSN protocols.
Tell me why such a stormy communication? this has never been seen before....
