What happens if a disk with deduplication enabled (serv2016/2019) is connected to windows 10?

Will data be damaged if this is done by mistake?

Nothing will be given.
But you won't be able to read deduplicated data on windows 10.
Files and directories will be visible, will be displayed correctly, those that are not deduplicated will be read normally, but those that are deduplicated will not be read.
Move it back to the server with the deduplication service enabled - and you will continue to work.
You can also implement deduplication on Windows 10 if you really want to, but this is a violation of the license.
