What happened to the Irkoo rating system?

This thing has been lying for several weeks (since November 16) and it is not clear whether it will rise at all or has died? No official messages, on the phpBB forum the topic was closed and marked as abandoned. I thank the author for an excellent system, but with such failures it is no good. But I did not find direct alternatives, maybe someone knows? Interested in particular for the phpBB forum.

The author does not answer my question, although the habr visits. It looks like he just decided to close the project and not spend any more time supporting it. Which is basically understandable.
I'm also interested in any alternative.
