For some time now, it has become impossible to work in the Google Chrome debugger. Some [VMs] appeared, a bunch of identical tabs, breakpoints are either not set or removed ...
In chrome:flags, everything is by default or disabled.
What is it and how to return the previous mode?
Google Chrome 28.0, Windows 7 Enterprise x32
