What happened to Java 7 and Xprotect.plist?

Help to understand:
As I already wrote in the comment

“Just the day before yesterday and purely by chance I saw that my NetBeans uses Java 6. I installed 7 from the oracle off site. I also thought: the older the version, the more holes were patched up. Today I saw the news. Chopped off in Safari > Security > Enable Java. Because I didn’t see java 7 in “Xprotect.plist”

I read that Apple recently blocked this update. But how? There were no updates from Apple. So, as it says here , Apple can "blacklist vulnerable versions remotely"?
Why can't I see anything related to Java 1.7.010-b19 in my /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/Xprotect.plist?
Now java -version:
java version "1.7.0_10"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_10-b18) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.6- b04
, mixed mode)
I have it installed or not?
What do you advise to do? Delete? Wait for a new update?
