What happened to contact from 7 + recaptcha?

Good day to all!
There is a wordpress site, with the plug-in installed, Contact Form 7 with the reCaptcha add-on added. Everything was fine. A couple of days ago, when I visited the site, I noticed the following on the feedback page.
Below, under the captcha, an incomprehensible block.

I understand - it has to do with recaptcha. But why did this block appear and start to be displayed.
On the page where the contact form is, there are no changes. Didn't install plugins. He just showed up. How and why I don't understand.
I can forcibly hide it... but I don't think that's the way out.
