What graphics libraries can be made friends with PyQT5?

I want to write a pyqt5 application with some simulations. The question is which graphic library / framework can be made friends with pyqt5. I don't want to use PyOpenGL. I wrote in pySFML, but I'm having trouble mixing the python versions of the two libraries. (pySFML <=python 3.4, PyQT5 >3.8, something like that). Is there an alternative to pySFML so that you can also just "draw" and make friends with PyQT5.
