What good literature would you recommend on Openstack Swift?

I want to explore a new area for myself, cloud storage, I'm interested in creating cloud storage and accessing files from a website through api. Comparing various information, the choice fell on Openstack Swift, please advise good literature on this matter.
P.S. And another question to catch up, there is a machine on AMD 64 3000+ (without hardware virtualization). As I understand it, it is suitable to deploy Openstack Swift for tests?

Separately, there are probably not so many books on OpenSwift. Mostly about OpenStack in general. But I personally found this it-ebooks.info/book/3622
As for testing - here are the requirements for object storage: docs.openstack.org/grizzly/openstack-compute/insta...
So from a processor point of view it will do.
To be honest, if I were you, I would raise the devstack image with vagrant and study it locally first.
