Recommend a program for maintaining a database.
The number of records is about 10,000, the number of fields in a record is about 10. The records are periodically edited. The peculiarity is that periodically it is necessary to make selections from the database for search queries, approximately like this: "find all records that were edited 5 or more times in the last year, but not edited in the last 3 months."
What program allows you to do this in the most simple and convenient way? Thank you.

Here we are talking about at least two tables: a table with data and a table for the log. When editing a table with data on the machine, an entry should be added to the log indicating which entry was edited and when. Based on these data, you can fulfill the requests you specified. In my opinion, the easiest way to do this is in MS Access - a minimum of administrative knowledge, a lot of visual wizards.
