Track all events. which somehow correlate with the user's willingness to make an order/purchase above zero.
A chat message speaks volumes about the user's interest. Someone can leave a lead in the chat, and some manage to place an order through it.
I also recommend setting up a composite goal: Add to Cart-Cart-Checkout-Successful Order. Then it will be convenient to look at the funnel.
