What glue to use in a laptop?

I got into a rather strange situation. I needed to change the keyboard on an old laptop. Everything went well, everything works. But there is one problem - when the laptop is not in a strictly horizontal position, the cooler inside the laptop starts making noise when it touches something. Under the keyboard there is a film (I don’t know what it’s called), which, apparently, protects some elements (bolts, etc.) from air. And from old age, this film began to peel off, and it touches the cooler. When changing the keyboard, the film peeled off easily. Therefore, the question is, what kind of glue should be used to glue it back? At the same time, there are high temperatures, but, if necessary, the film should be easily peeled off. The glue itself is a little viscous and the film peels off easily if needed.

PS. Sorry for the long post and stupid question.

Thermal gun to the rescue. A couple of drops and you're done! Peel off by prying with a clerical knife.

Give me a picture, what kind of film is this? maybe it's not what we thought...
But most likely you can just throw it away, or cut a piece exactly where it touches the cooler.
