What free services can be used for backups from Linux via WebDAV?

I looked at several services for suitability for free storage of home machine backups. Backups weigh about 2.5GB full and 250MB incremental, so for comfortable work it is necessary that the service provides at least 5GB of space (to have enough for 10 days, and then you can delete everything and make a full backup again). Any file access protocol that is convenient to use from scripts is suitable (eg FTP/SCP/WebDAV). Encryption is not required, the files are already encrypted by GnuPG. File size restrictions are not critical, you can split(1)-nut large files before uploading. Speed and reliability are important.
Yandex.Disk : webdav (df works correctly), 8GB - would be ideal if it didn't slow down .
Google Drive : no webdav, via3rd-party webdav is buggy (umount does not upload cached changes), several alternative applications for connecting to varying degrees of incompleteness and abandonment are still impossible to use from linux.
Microsoft SkyDrive : M$ in their repertoire, again ignore standards, so davfs2 doesn't work with M$'s "variant" of WebDAV yet - you can't use it from linux yet.
4shared.com : webdav (although df does not show the size), 15GB, excellent upload speed (11MiB) and good downloads (1-4MiB) - so far the most suitable option.
box.com : webdav (although df doesn't show the size correctly), 5GB, normal speed (4.5MiB both ways).
Dropbox: I didn’t look, it only has 2GB, this is not enough (I’m sick of pumping it with referrals, I couldn’t even increase it in Yandex.Disk from 8GB to 10GB because there are no accounts in social networks).
What other suitable services are available?

You can also look at files.qip.ru - they have recently become very decent:
webdav (although df shows the size incorrectly), 10GB, normal speed

Where are they now? now 4shared.com is no longer free, there is only six months and then you pay, well, another option is to constantly register a new account.
