What frameworks to learn for C++?

Mastered c++ and partly stl, the question is what frameworks to learn? Interested in graphics and Unreal Engine, did not find how C++ works with databases, regular expressions.

I heard that Qt solves issues with graphics like, but I didn’t find regular expressions and databases there, how to supplement the C++ base for full-fledged programming
