What framework to write online chat?

Hello, I need to write a chat with the ability to call, correspond, in general, something like a slack only for the web. I choose between React and View. I’ll explain why I’m asking a question on the toaster: I work on View, in my free time I wrote on React, I like both frameworks (I know that React is a library, let’s do without it). I will need to use sockets, WebRTC, and some of the petty moment.js type. I know how the view behaves in conjunction with other features, I worked superficially with the same features in the world of react. It is difficult to decide, give advice what would you choose in this situation?

The use of sockets, etc., has nothing to do with either Vue or React - both are responsible only for the presentation layer. Do what you know best. I would choose Vue.
