What framework should I use to develop HTML5 app for iOs+Android?

We develop on Framework7 + Cordova. Dojo Mobile and Ionic were considered as other options instead of Framework7 , but this one seemed the most adequate and worked well.
Cordova and Phonegap (essentially the same, except for some minor points) are exactly the bridge between HTML5 + CSS + JS and native device functions: they display the application in their WebView and provide an interface for accessing device functions (geopositioning, accelerometer, etc.) .d.).
Whereas the frameworks I listed at the beginning are essentially sets of HTML5 + CSS + JS widgets designed to create such applications. That is, they contain various components like lists, calendars, form elements, etc.

apache cordova === adobe phonegap. Read Wikipedia.
ionic is a UI framework with the ability to use either just like it or, which is usually more convenient, along with angularjs. If you want to do it quickly and do not have your own design, it is usually beneficial to use it. In some situations, custom design is not very friendly.
