What framework for vue.js+nuxt.js targeting mobile audience?

Vue.js

I am making a website/application on node + vue + nuxt, focusing exclusively on mobile phones and desktop tablets is secondary.
What frameworks are more sharpened in terms of minimalism and components / ui for these purposes? from what bulma likes, but with components there the choice is limited or bootstrap vue, I don’t like it, but it’s familiar
