What format does PostgreSQL store geometry in?

For some reason, all managers show me the geometry (polygons) in the database in the format:

0106000020F1AD760001000000010300000001000000050000002D043C43F0A76141F7E9CEB140EA63410B31B3F5AAC56141F7E9CEB140EA63410B31B3F5AAC561414A84B4120DBD63412D043C43F0A761414A84B4120DBD63412D043C43F0A76141F7E9CEB140EA6341

QGIS shows me in the form:
SRID=71237;MULTIPOLYGON(((7067076.83944234 59399292.2341234, 1236516.334511 345143534.134216, 23151212343.3451123455)))
How can I make the SQL manager (any) show everything in the same mode? Or how to translate these lines into a readable form?

@beduin01

This is WKB and qGis shows you already in WKT. Postgis has the ST_AsText function which will do the conversion from binary to text representation.
