What flask project files should be placed on the host server during deployment to vps?

I have a project folder. It seems to me that it is not necessary to copy the migrations folder and the folder with the virtual environment to the hosting server. It's right?

I think you only need to copy there: the app.py file, the static folder, the templates folder and the database file. Right?
