What files to use in bootstrap-SASS 3?

I am a little familiar with bootstrap and a little with SASS (everything is set up, everything works) I decided to do something on bootstrap-SASS for practice -> downloaded the archive and went a little nuts there are a lot of things and I can’t figure out how to prepare all these files for starting the project,
I assumed that all I need is the assets folder, but there is a stylesheets -> bootstrap folder inside and there are a lot of files...
can someone either tell me more or give a link to a video article where it is well and detailed?
I will be very grateful! Thank you

you need to import only one Dmitrijs Balcers file "bootstrap/assets/stylesheets/bootstrap"
