What files do I need to delete in Outlook to fix the problem?

Hello everyone, I literally just got an error - "the file is corrupted and cannot be opened" when opening office Outlook 2010. I tried to disable Outlook Protected View, but I could not fix this problem, the only solution I know is to delete the user profile and creating anew, it's like killing yourself right away. Does anyone know what files I need to remove to fix the issue?

Try to start Outlook in safe mode (start with CTRL pressed) If the data files are damaged, use the scanpst utility. How to use it is described here.

Nothing needs to be removed. All you have to do is run Windows System File Checker, this will allow you to scan and fix errors in Windows files. You can also recover damaged files using the program www.oemailrecovery.com/ru/outlook-recovery.html
Here is the instruction on how to run the scan: 1. Enter "command" in the search bar (DO NOT PRESS ENTER YET) 2. Hold down the CTRL keys -Shift on the keyboard, press ENTER. 3.A dialog box for access will be displayed, click Yes. 4. The black box opens with a blinking cursor. 5.Type "sfc /scannow" and press ENTER. 6.System File Checker will start scanning for problems. 7. Follow the instructions on the screen.
