What features do you need and plus save money?

Greetings.
I need to deploy a reliable web server that can handle all my requirements.
The requirements and characteristics are as follows:
- The server will host 10-25 WP sites. 50% passive, 50% actively visited.
- 10,000 - 30,000 visits/day to all sites
- Peaks of up to 300 simultaneous site downloads are possible (within 1-3 minutes)
- 5-10 WP admins running simultaneously

I advise you to rent a dedicated server (12-16 GB of RAM, 8 - 10 cores). In order not to bother with setting up apache + nginx, you can immediately take a ready-made solution - the ISPmanager control panel or any other similar one (and do not forget to set up caching in MySQL).
Pluses - (almost) no need to configure anything, there is a control panel (where you can steer sites and backups).
I also advise you to fasten some kind of monitoring - to monitor the availability and performance of sites (from a simple one - pingadmin).
