What faculty is suitable for a mobile developer?

I've been developing IOS for about a year. I plan to continue my studies in this field. I am considering ITMO as an option, but I don’t know if there are suitable faculties there. Please tell me if there are faculties at ITMO that will help me develop in IOS development. If they are not at ITMO, then where are they? And if it’s not difficult, who studied himself, please tell me what you studied in each course in order to roughly understand what is expected of me. Thanks in advance!

They are nowhere. Universities teach fundamental knowledge, not programming for a specific operating system.

Ready to break your heart - nowhere.
If you need a university, then software engineering will probably be closer. Also applied mathematics/fundamental informatics (SPbU and SPbPU also have them) or something similar.
There will be a lot of theory at the university, mostly unnecessary (there are exceptions where it helps), but thinking will help to pump. The crust will be important when relocating to other countries, if you want. Well, you can graduate from the military department if the army threatens :-). Everything.
You can learn actively for a couple of years, and then combine work or freelancing with study, many do just that.
