What exactly to enter in ssh, and what in sftp?

I upload the bot to the hosting, I tried to do everything through the console on the site itself - I did not clone the repository, I wrote that the repository does not exist. Through SHH it was possible to install it, but here's the trouble - I still don't quite understand what to install in SHH, and what in SFTP.
