What equipment to buy for video communication?

Good afternoon!
I am looking for a budget solution for organizing video communication with remote employees.
At the moment, there is a conventional LED TV.
Task: if you need to arrange a video connection with one or more employees (for example, hangouts?) - this could be done as quickly as possible, in a few clicks.
Preferably with a minimum of wires. The TV is on legs, it can be moved around different rooms and video communication can be arranged there.
Can you suggest how best to organize this from the software and hardware side?

the easiest way is to connect the TV to the laptop as a second monitor and use the applications on the laptop. camera use either a laptop or any camera above 350 rubles on Ali.

There are 2 ways
here 1. Cheap and cheerful. All those who communicate for a laptop / tablet, a headset on the head. It will be seen / heard well, especially if there is a leader and the microphones are muted. Soft - to taste.
2. Expensive-rich. At least this is a special room, with noise and echo cancellation. Several remote microphones with a mixer + a lot of money from above for licenses + additional pieces of iron and all that.
Everything in the middle will be an echo, it will be stupidly hard to hear. Yes, they wouldn’t tell here that you can connect 2-3 external microphones to the laptop - yes, you can, put them on the table and roll the pencil on the table.
