What engine can be used for player in python?

The player must run on Raspberry pi. I'm not very familiar with the libraries in this language now. Support for formats preferably mp3, flac, alac, ogg, aac. Streaming playback. I also want to be able to produce a graphic spectrum (as in winamp or iip, jumping stripes at certain frequencies). It is because of the spectrum that I want to write all this. I want to combine it with LED strip.
Can you please tell me which engine is suitable for this?

mpv player. This is the best.
I don't know about stripes.
