What encoding to use when creating a database in mySql in 2020?

I have already watched a bunch of videos about WordPress and on the latest videos (2019,2020) they use not utf_8_general_ci, but utf_8_general_ci_mb4. Which one is better to use in 2020, the task of creating a site on WP?
