What else to add for self-study of English?

I'm trying to learn English on my own. I have a vocabbook from Nadezhda Schastlivaya based on TED videos. I study vocabuk-> I listen to the text in its entirety 5 times -> I read it 2 times aloud -> I pronounce each phrase several times after the lecturer -> I break the text into small parts -> I learn each part, I write a translation of this part into English, I record myself on a voice recorder -> after going through all the parts, I write a complete translation from Russian into English and record the learned text by heart on a voice recorder. After that, in the background, I listen to the video a lot of times. It takes me about a week and a half to sort out the vocabuk. Between vocabukas I do exercises from Murphy. Please give me advice on what can be added or changed in my study. PS tutors and courses - do not offer
