Hello everyone, I can’t understand why an error pops up all the time when I try to log in to visual studio (I can’t run this program without authorization), it says in the error that a proxy server is not used , and I turned on this proxy server and set it to automatic , and at the same time ticked both, but the visual still gives an error, please help

Try to take one of these proxy servers https://advanced.name/ru/freeproxy , I don't know if it will work or not, maybe you even did it already, although it wasn't in the question wording. Try in general.
