What does this warning from iThemes Security about a change in a file mean?

Hello, recently, when entering the admin panel, there is a constant warning from iThemes Security that such and such a file has been changed and it is always in the awstats folder , and specifically always in the awstats062018.txt file, and so every day, a warning that the file has been changed. Previously, there were constant messages that there was a change in the updraftplus plugin folder , deleted this plugin. What does this mean and is it dangerous?

What is awstats . In general, this is a module of your server (hosting) that collects various statistics. He does this every day and writes it to a file. Why is the awstats062018.txt file because it's month 6 of 2018. The following file will create awstats072018.txt next month. This module can be configured in different ways. The launch is carried out through wp-cron, most likely it is somewhere in the plugins.
