What does this email from Upwork mean?
I've been on Upwork for about a year, I've never had any questions about verifying my identity. Here comes a letter. Has anyone had a similar experience? What to prepare for and what do they really ask? Maybe there is some trick? They wrote one thing, but in reality they can ask something completely different.
Hello ,
We are reaching out to let you know we need to have a brief video chat with you in the next week to verify your identity.
We occasionally ask Upwork users to take this step as part of our efforts to ensure our site continues to be a secure place for freelancers and clients to connect and collaborate.
The call should take less than five minutes and during it one of our team members will ask you a few questions about the information in your profile. A temporary hold has been placed on your account while you will not be able to submit new applications or change your profile photo - all other functionality remains. Your account will be fully resumed upon successful profile verification.
To complete the required video call, please 1) log into your Upwork account (www.upwork.com/login) and 2) navigate to support.upwork.com/hc and click the “Profile Verification” button on the right-hand side . One of our team members will walk you through the process. Please note: If all of our agents are busy when you attempt to chat, please try again later.
Thanks in advance for helping to keep Upwork a secure place. See our forum post on this topic here. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Regards,
Upwork Trust & Safety

Yes, standard procedure. Recently passed. They asked for information from the profile: address and phone number.
Do as it is written.
