What does the tracert result say?

Changed internet provider. it was 5Mb / s, it became 30.
but where 30 - sites open much worse.
did a test of both providers using tracer. the numbers, of course, are very different not in favor of the new, but what exactly can you say about them? where is the problem ? maybe even a problem in the router (different)

tracert doesn't say anything, it talks about the path (tracing) to the resource. here the ping delay in the first screenshot is greater than in the second.
do ping -t and see the number of losses in both cases and the delay for an equal period of time (it is advisable to run from two identical devices to two providers at the same time).
