What does the Sassy Social Share plugin want about the GDPR?

I installed the Sassy Social Share plugin on my Wordpress site, which implements social network buttons. And everything would be fine, but now he pesters me with the message: “This plugin is GDPR compliant. You need to update the privacy policy of your website regarding the personal data this plugin saves, as mentioned here.” And at the link there is a muddy text about what I “can add” to the “privacy policy” of my site.
So what does he want from me? Do I need to do something or just can? Where do I have this "the privacy policy" and do I have to have it if I want to continue using this plugin? What specific movements are required of me?

Hello!
As far as I know, the GDPR applies to more EU countries. And you don't need to update/create the GDPR. And so this is just a page where information about protecting users' personal data should be indicated.
Well, you can install a plugin that asks users to give permission to add cookies to the site, etc.

The question of whether the GDPR is valid in Russia cannot be answered in one word. It is valid, but only if the legal entity has access to the personal data of persons who are citizens of countries that are part of the European Union or the company itself operates on the territory of such a state. In this case, Gdpr regulation will be implemented by the EU countries, in particular the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission.
