What is this line in the page code for and what does it give? I'm interested in the layout of the page for the blog, so that later I can repost it beautifully. <meta property="article:tag" content="facebook" />

This is not the most important meta tag for Facebook. If you do not use others, then this one, by itself, will not be of much use to you. These tags are called Open Graph markup .
The Facebook documentation states that the tag is used to set an array of keywords related to the article .
